Amanda Gougler, is a certified physician assistant, who loves to help clients lead healthier, more vibrant lives. She has a keen interest in prolonging health-span by improving metabolic health, and a clinicial interest in women’s health throughout their reproductive journey, from early adulthood to menopause.

Amanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health with an emphasis on Health Education and a minor in Chemistry from Brigham Young University, and she completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University - Glendale. From 2015 to 2025, she worked in Family Medicine at Midtown Community Health Center, where she gained a deep appreciation for preventive care and the impact of lifestyle on long-term health.

During her visits, Amanda takes the time to truly understand her patients’ experiences. She approaches each person holistically, crafting practical, personalized plans that align with their unique needs and goals. She loves discussing how sleep, nutrition, and physical activity can shape not only current health but also the wellbeing of future generations.

Amanda grew up in Layton, Utah, and is a proud mother of four young children. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, watercolor painting, and outdoor adventures with her family.
